A. There are many great scanning tutorials out there. Most scanners will come with either a tutorial or a very simple interface for scanning. Click here for our online scanning tutorial.

Q. How long does it take to receive my restored photos?

A. You will receive your restored photo within two weeks of approval and purchase.

Q. What if I don't like the restored photo?

A. Simply return the photo to us and we will gladly refund the full amount.

Q. What if I want sizes that aren't standard?

A. Let us know, and we can make any size you like, as long as it is not bigger than 8x10.

Q. Why do you need a color scan?

A. Often, the damage to a photo has a color, and this makes it easier to see and remove.

Q. Can all photos be restored?

A. Sometimes the damage is too severe or the original is blurred. Unfortunately, this may not be possible to correct.
